Shaun Jackson, CEO

Shaun Jackson, EA, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of The Tax Cure and Relief Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to serving low-income and underserved taxpayers through education, advocacy, and direct tax assistance.


An Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Shaun brings nearly 18 years of experience from the Internal Revenue Service, where he conducted individual and business tax audits, reviewed audit case files, and trained and supervised tax auditors. His background provides TCRF with deep expertise in tax administration, compliance, and taxpayer rights.


Shaun is a graduate of the 2023 Rockdale Leadership program and has served in multiple community leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is committed to expanding equitable access to tax education and taxpayer support.

Donna Jackson, CFO

 

Donna Jackson, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of The Tax Cure and Relief Foundation,


Donna brings extensive public- and private-sector experience, including prior service with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefit Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service, where she conducted investigations and audits involving employee benefit plans, small businesses, and tax return preparers. Her background also includes nonprofit auditing, higher education instruction, and senior accounting and audit roles in both corporate and community-based organizations.


Donna is actively engaged in community and small business development through her work with the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and local civic organizations. She holds an MBA in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is committed to strengthening financial accountability and access to financial education for underserved communities.

Quinika Brown, EA

Quinika Brown is an IRS Enrolled Agent and experienced tax professional with more than 15 years of experience in taxation and accounting. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in taxation and is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.


Throughout her career, Quinika has worked with individuals, families, and small businesses to navigate complex tax matters and better understand their financial and tax obligations. Her extensive tax knowledge, combined with her commitment to serving others, allows her to bring both technical expertise and a client-centered approach to her work.


At The Tax Cure & Relief Foundation, Quinika uses her experience to advance the organization’s mission of improving access to tax assistance, taxpayer education, and financial resources for individuals and families in underserved communities. She is especially passionate about helping taxpayers understand their rights, overcome tax-related challenges, and gain the knowledge needed to make informed financial decisions.

Christopher Jervis, EA, NTPI Fellow

Christopher Jervis is an Enrolled Agent and NTPI Fellow with more than 20 years of experience in tax, financial, and investigative matters. 


He focuses much of his practice on helping taxpayers understand tax issues and resolve problems with the IRS, including collection matters, penalties, and other tax controversies. 


Christopher brings a practical, education-focused approach to taxpayer representation and believes that people are better able to make informed decisions when they understand both their rights and their options. 


He works with the LITC to help taxpayers navigate an often complicated and intimidating tax system and to ensure they have a knowledgeable advocate when dealing with the IRS.

Gritzia Lopez, Paralegal

Gritzia Lopez serves as Paralegal at The Tax Cure & Relief Foundation. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about helping individuals navigate complex tax matters with compassion, respect, and clear communication.


Gritzia brings several years of experience as a paralegal and case manager, where she developed strong skills in client communication, case management, document preparation, and administrative support. Her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds helps ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.


At TCRF, Gritzia is committed to expanding access to quality tax assistance for low-income and underserved taxpayers. She believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and have access to the information and resources needed to resolve their tax concerns.

Courtni Drisker, CTO

Courtni Drisker serves as Chief Technology Officer for The Tax Cure & Relief Foundation. She leads the organization's technology strategy, digital operations, and systems development, helping create efficient, client-centered experiences through innovation and automation.


Courtni oversees the foundation's website, software implementation, workflow optimization, knowledge management, and AI integration to improve both client services and internal operations. Her work helps ensure that technology supports the organization's mission of expanding access to quality tax assistance and financial education.


She is passionate about using technology to simplify complex processes, strengthen nonprofit operations, and make trusted tax resources more accessible to the communities The Tax Cure serves.


Outside of TCRF, Courtni enjoys gardening, wholistic living, and designing digital tools and resources that empower individuals and families.
