Shaun Jackson, EA
Shaun Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of The Tax Cure and Relief Foundation (TCRF), a nonprofit dedicated to serving low-income and underserved taxpayers through education, advocacy, and direct tax assistance.
An Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Shaun brings nearly 18 years of experience from the Internal Revenue Service, where he conducted individual and business tax audits, reviewed audit case files, and trained and supervised tax auditors. His background provides TCRF with deep expertise in tax administration, compliance, and taxpayer rights.
Shaun is a graduate of the 2023 Rockdale Leadership program and has served in multiple community leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is committed to expanding equitable access to tax education and taxpayer support.
Donna Jackson, CPA
Donna Jackson, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of The Tax Cure and Relief Foundation (TCRF), a nonprofit dedicated to providing free tax preparation, financial education, and advocacy for low-income and senior taxpayers.
Donna brings extensive public- and private-sector experience, including prior service with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefit Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service, where she conducted investigations and audits involving employee benefit plans, small businesses, and tax return preparers. Her background also includes nonprofit auditing, higher education instruction, and senior accounting and audit roles in both corporate and community-based organizations.
Donna is actively engaged in community and small business development through her work with the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and local civic organizations. She holds an MBA in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is committed to strengthening financial accountability and access to financial education for underserved communities.
Courtni Drisker, Secretary
Courtni Drisker serves as Secretary of The Tax Cure and Relief Foundation (TCRF). She brings over six years of experience in client relations and operations support, with a strong focus on organization, clear communication, and relationship-building.
Courtni is skilled in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring positive, respectful interactions with the individuals and families served by TCRF. Her client-centered approach, active listening skills, and attention to detail support the organization’s mission to provide accessible, compassionate tax assistance and education.
She is committed to connecting people with the right resources and believes in empowering communities through clear information and dependable support. Outside of her work with TCRF, Courtni enjoys gardening, camping, digital design, and wholistic cooking.
